Our nurses undertake the role of primary/named-nurse to a set number of patients or service users at their hospital or specialist care home. They are responsible for providing nursing input in support of the therapeutic programme, supervising care staff in their team, and attending patient reviews and other meetings.

If you wish to pursue a career in nurse management it is possible to make real progress. We provide leadership, guidance and training to those seeking to take on extra management and clinical responsibility.

Whether you are recently qualified or more experienced we can offer mentorship / preceptorship and full support in your PREP work. You will work within our named-nurse environment and have full participation in the care planning for our patients and residents.
