Forensic Mental Health Practitioner (37.5 hours per week,

Details:
The Together Forensic Mental Health Practitioner (FMHP) Service
has acquired a reputation for dynamic, creative and responsive service
delivery. The tasks are not always easy, the circumstances can be

now have a current vacancy for a Forensic Mental Health Practitioner
working in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in partnership
within the local Drug Intervention Programme (DIP).
Candidates must have relevant qualifications and at least two years
experience in mental health and substance misuse work.
